Radio Telephony (RT)

The Radio, no doubt, is one of the most important aspects of aviation. This licence is very important not just for an aviator but for ground staff, engineers and air traffic controllers as well. 

It is the most sought after licence in aviation and the exam is conducted by the Ministry of Telecommunications - WPC (Wireless Planning & Coordination Wing)  and gives us the privileges to operate radio wireless communication sets in India. 

The exam consists of two parts.

The first part is the practical transmission exam (25 minutes of written + transmission test)

The second is the Viva (Oral exam).  

Duration & Course Fee -   2 months and ₹25,000.
